MANILA, Philippines - Far East Broadcasting Company (FEBC), a broadcast partner of WM Communications Asia-Pacific (WMC-AP), just turned 60 years last June 7, 2008. Droves of people joined the physical celebrations at the FEBC Compound, Karuhatan, Valenzuela, Metro Manila.

As part of the event, booths from partners and supporters were set-up all over the compound grounds. One of which was a “Meet and Greet” booth of Perfect Rhythm (PR), a youth program being produced by WMC-AP and aired by FEBC through 702 DZAS every Sunday at 8 am. DJ and host Jordan Escusa mingled with young and young at heart listeners who visit the booth. As an added attraction, they were able to get their photos taken with DJ Jordan, and get to be listed for “pabati” or greeting on the next PR episode.

Free PR bookmarks and 100plus posters were given away in the booth while PR T-shirts and pins, with some WMC-AP shirts, were also distributed for sale to the avid listeners.
Listeners who came to the FEBC got cool treats also during that whole day celebrations while the programs were broadcasted live on air through 702 KHz on AM frequency. Worship singing, special numbers, games, and gift-giving transpired in between worship, prayer, and praise broadcasts.
WMC-AP produces PR and Take 5, a five-minute devotional program, for the listeners of 702 DZAS.
We at WMC-AP wishes you all at FEBC blessings and congratulations on your 60th Anniversary!
