The event focused on “catching the wave” of good choices, forgiveness, and service. This is the fourth retreat over the last year for the Micronesia district in the first Catch the Wave! series. Other retreats were held on the islands of Saipan, Chuuk, and Guam.
The Kitti youth attended three services that included music, skits, devotions, and feasting. All of the youth and young adults traveled for their first visit to the waterfall Lehn Paiphon. This gave everyone a chance to relax and enjoy God’s amazing creation.

By the end of the weekend, many of the youth expressed interest in knowing more about becoming a Christian, making a difference in their world, and joining the Church of the Nazarene. Please pray for Pastor Frankie Santos and local NYI president, Amanda Nanpei, as they continue to guide the youth in Pohnpei.
