Doug Flemming and Hitoshi Fukue signs agreement as Kwon Dong Hwan, the Director of FSC looks on

This agreement allows FSC to get support from both partners in terms of funding and donated properties for production equipments, a media laboratory, media professional advice and supervision, and yearly operational budget for the time frame that was greed upon.

WMC AP acted as a foundation in the partnership that gave grant for operation and equipment, and supervising personnel to FSC. It has allotted a total of 2.1 million pesos worth of finances and services for the first year operation under the partnership and would sustain around P250, 000 of support each year for the next four years. For its part, FSC, under the leadership of Prof. Kwon Dong Hwan, will submit to the foundation an annual report of the goals met and milestones hurdled at the end of each fiscal year determined by the partnership.

Praise the Lord for the vision and support that are coming into place especially this Christmas time.  They are precious gifts for Christian media-minded students who would use the tools to reach out in the information society.
