Thank God it’s Flood-day ...‘er Friday!
On August 15, 2008, Friday, Dove Awards winner and Grammy nominated CCM band SONICFlood, also known as the "Fathers of Modern Worship Music", performed at the Araneta Coliseum, Philippines.
They are the ones who brought us CCM songs like Cry Holy, I can Sing of Your Love Forever, Open the Eyes of My Heart, The Heart of Worship, trading My Sorrows to name a few from their eight albums to date.

Perfect Rhythm (PR) which is produced by WM Communications AP (WMC) aired a special SONICFlood episode through 702 DZAS radio and podcast site one week before the anticipated live concert for the benefit of the listeners.
Since their debut in 1999, they sold over two million records worldwide, experienced some internal challenges, changed record labels, and all. In spite of these, they're still around as they stand up for a bigger purpose. “At the heart of SONICFlood is a longing that transcends just making music...it is a longing to see people worship God wherever they are geographically and spiritually...” says Rick Heil, one of the band members.

WMC staff got complimentary tickets and all access passes in return to see SONICFlood up close and personal in the midst of monsoon rains and literal flooding. At the venue, the Holy Spirit was also present as the audience worshiped with the band in a flood of praises to God.
Ovation Productions brought the group to the Philippines together with the House of Praise, Christ’s Commission Fellowship, and Fig Tree Shirts as major sponsors.
You can look forward to the interview episode of PR with SONICFlood at the Araneta Coliseum both on perfect rhythm podcast and on 702 DZAS soon!
