WMC-AP Supports Philippines NYC 2007

WM Communications Asia-Pacific was a proud sponsor and support of the Philippines NYC 2007 which was held last April 16-20 at Luzon Nazarene Bible College, Baguio Philippines. WMC-AP aided in the development of videos, audio equipments, graphic design of logos, souvenir programs, ID cards, and committee responsibilities before, during, and after the gathering of around 200 youth leaders from Nazarene churches all over the Philippines.

The WMC-AP staff partnered with the event coordinators from Asia Pacific NYI and the Philippine Field to pray, plan, and labor toward this exciting event.

Additionally, WMC-AP staff member Ervz Tia was one of the guest lecturers during the event conducting a workshop on digital Photography. Many leaders with a passion for using media in ministry were able to participate in this workshop provided in partnership with the Fairbanks School of Communication, of Asia Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary.

Themed as Isa (meaning 'one' in Tagalog), the event was aligned with the NYI quadrennial ministry focus which is One Story, One Hope, One Mission, One Justice.

WMC-AP would like to extend out thanks to all those who organized and participated in the event so that Isah (Jesus) would be lifted up as the one true hope. Many photos, blogs, and videos from the event can be viewed on the Asia-Pacific NYI website.
