WMC Works With PBS For New Bible Project

WM Communications Asia Pacific has just recently accepted a project to produce a promotion video for Philippine Bible Society (PBS), a known partner of the organization for a year already. The project embodies the central need of every person to connect to the Word, especially the Overseas Filipino Workers, who experience great sacrifices and temptations away from families in the Philippines. 

On the other hand, PBS acknowledged that it is not easy to be an OFW. Many of them go through a form of abuse and extreme sadness, homesickness, family problems back home, long-distance relationship problems, alienation and more. And now more than ever, they need the guidance and promises of God in their lives. And this can only be found in His Word �“ The Bible.

Now they will have a companion on the journey. PBS will be launching a Bible for OFWs entitled: Ang Paglalakbay (The Journey). This will be the first Bible to be made and suited particularly for the OFWs and their family said Aries Aguilar of PBS. To be included in the Bible are 65 articles based on real experiences of OFWs and how the Bible helps them overcome the challenges of being a worker abroad, apart from their loved ones.
