Part 1

Hello friends, another day of some inspirations here on Life in a Minute with Emily, still on the best Big Sound.

Naranasan mo na ba ang isang napakahirap na situation sa buhay na halos di mo maintindihan kung bakit kailangang mangyari? My friend’s mom is in comatose, naka-life support nalang, that unless God performs a miracle, talagang bibigay na. Maraming nagpe-pray sa kanya for healing yet God has chosen not to heal her. Maiisip tuloy natin minsan, unfair diba, it doesn’t make sense. Perhaps, part of the picture lang yung nakikita natin dito, at kailangan lang natin magkaroon ng kakaibang perspective.

Back here on Big Sound, Life in a Minute, your daily dose of inspiration with Emily.

Si Corie Tenboom, sobrang hirap ang naranasan nya pero hindi nawalan ng pag-asa, prisoner sya sa isang concentration camp, witness syang sa pagto-torture ng family at mga kaibigan nya. Pero nung maka-survive sya at later naging great writer and speaker, sabi nya, para raw isang embroidery piece ang plano ng Lord sa buhay natin. Sa likod nito, parang buhol-buhol na sinulid, magulong tingnan, ito yung madalas nating makita, kesa sa unahang side nito kung saan naroon ang isang napakagandang disenyo, diba.

And we can only see this from God’s perspective. Life in a Minute, babalik po in just a while.

Now, to close this episode, gusto ko sanang i-share yung tula ni Corie Tenboom, sabi nya,“my life is but a weaving, between God and me. I do not choose the colors, He works steadily. Sometimes He weaves sorrow, and I, in foolish pride, forget He sees the upper, and I the underside. Not till the loom is silent and the shuttles cease to fly Will God unroll the canvas and explain the reason why. The dark threads are as needful in the skillful Weaver’s hand, as the threads of gold and silver in the pattern He has planned.
