Well, let me tell you, “It works this way.”

The more you give, the more you get; the more you laugh, the less you fret; the more you do unselfishly, the more you live abundantly; the more of everything you share, the more you’ll always have to spare; the more you love, the more you’ll find that life is good and friends are kind; for only what you give away enriches you from day to day.”  Nice poem, eh?  As you think about it, here’s a nice tune from Take Five.

Today’s Music: More to this Life, Steven Curtis Chapman

I’m not an expert on poetry, but I like this one, entitled, “It works this way.” The author is unknown, but his or her poem reminds me of Jesus words, Give and it will be given to you…. With the measure you use, it will be measured to you...” So, now I guess it’s up to me and you to give and laugh and love and share today and see if life really does work this way.
